From pour service, to mixers, curated cocktails and mocktails we’re sure we can accommodate any needs, and if not we can look into a custom package for you.

STEP 03: Get a custom quote
Once you know what you would like, head on over to our inquiry form or give us a call with your selections. Most clients invest between $2,000–$4,000 for events of up to 200 guests. Smaller gatherings start at $1,000 and scale based on guest count, service style, and event needs

Choose your bar package

  • $500

    Lucky is a vintage horse trailer converted into a fully-equipped bar and she turns heads the moment she arrives. Best for outdoor events with vehicle access. She serves up to 2 bartenders and features dual keg taps for beer, cider, kombucha or seltzer on draft.

    BEST FOR: outdoor weddings, backyard parties, vineyard events, brand activations, real estate open houses with outdoor space.

    FEATURES:

    • Two Keg Tap System & Co2

    • Electric hookup with option of a generator

    • Can accommodate up to 2 bartenders

    • 8’ Tall X 9’ Length X 6.5’ Wide

  • $250 Each

    Goldy is a custom-built, mid-century walnut satellite bar that brings the same elevated aesthetic indoors or out. Use one or two bars depending on your guest count, or pair Goldy with Lucky for larger events.

    BEST FOR: indoor venues, poolside, corporate events, cocktail hours, venues where a trailer can't access, or as a second bar station alongside Lucky.

    FEATURES:

    • 1 or 2 bars, depending on the size of the party

    • Can accommodate up to 4 bartenders

    • 46” Length X 60” Wide each

    • Used on it’s own or as a add-on to Lucky

  • $250 Per Bartender

    We provide skilled and accredited bartenders if Lucky or Goldy are not needed and your event already has an existing bar onsite.

FAQ

  • We need room to haul it by truck, drop off and maneuver our truck out. The trailer is 8’ Tall X 9’ Length X 6.5’ Wide.

  • Yes, Lucky, our vintage horse trailer, features two keg taps to serve your favorite beers, cider, kombucha or seltzers.

  • Yes, if your venue has a bar, choose our “Just the Crew” option. For venues without a bar, our satellite bar Goldy is a great choice.

  • Absolutely! Let us know your preferred recipe in advance, and we’ll make sure to gather all the necessary ingredients.

  • Many of our curated cocktails make excellent mocktails, and we can adjust the alcohol shopping list accordingly.

  • Due to California liquor laws, we cannot purchase alcohol on our behalf. However the process is super easy, we provide an online link for you to purchase then we do the rest, including pickup & delivery to your event.

  • A non-refundable 25% deposit is due at booking to reserve your date, and the remainder is due 30 days before the event.

  • Yes, a minimum of $1,000 a booking, Friday - Sunday

  • We're based in Rancho San Diego and offer free travel within 30 miles. Beyond that, it's $2/mile each way.

  • We serve all types of events: weddings, corporate parties, real estate open houses, birthdays, showers, holiday gatherings, brand partnership or influencer events and more. If there's a reason to celebrate, we’ll be there!

  • Yes, we carry general liability and liquor liability insurance.
